"My first visit was quite pleasant from meeting Dr. Johnson to his staff. The office environment was very clean, orderly, with nice lighting, comfortable temperature, great music, and seasonal decor. I look forward to having my dental work handled by Dr. Johnson. He took the time to explain several procedures to me in a manner in which I could understand and gave me numerous opportunities to ask questions. I feel confident to trust my dental needs to his expertise and years of experience. His assistant, Kelly, paid attention to detail and was gentle and courteous with all her procedures.

Another person, Jan, patiently explained insurance and payment information with me over the phone and it was appreciated. There was another lady I first met who was delightful and helpful as well, but I can't remember her name right now. Attribute that to my "senior moment". All in all, a GREAT team at this office. "I had 2 appts on successive days, so this should apply to both. The cleaning visit with Amy was very good, as always, and I appreciate her taking care to tell me what she is doing, what she is finding, and the progress I am making or maintaining. She is excellent and tries to make the appt as pleasant as possible. At the conclusion of the cleaning appt, Dr. Johnson found I had cracked #18 and he also recommended sterilizing the 5 pockets Amy documented and he explored as well. He then took some pictures of 18 and seeing is believing in regard to 18 needing quick attention and crowning. I was fortunate to obtain an appt the next morning to crown 18 and zap the 5 pockets. I appreciated Dr. Johnson taking care of the pockets while waiting for the deadening of 18, making the visit as short as possible. The new Cerec machine is a great advance and Casey produced a great crown. It was tremendous to have everything done in one appt - my mouth feels great - thnx much!"

"This is the first time I did not leave a dental visit stressed out. You are using modern equipment. Your video camera provided me with a view of my problem teeth, which is much better than a drawing in a book. Digital x-rays were so fast and I could see them better on the monitor than the negatives used by the older x-ray machines."
